What are the delivery methods and times ?

Deliveries outside France are made using UPS Saver by UPS. Your package is delivered by post to your address within 48 to 96 hours, depending on destination. Each order is shipped the next day, except for exceptional cases. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday. Shipments are traced, you will receive your tracking code by email at the time of shipment. Deliveries take place Monday through Friday.

Shipping rates depend on the destination, the carrier and the weight of your order. They are calculated and displayed in your cart during the checkout process. We offer shipping from 130€ in the EU.

Orders for delivery to countries outside the European Union are subject to possible taxes and customs fees in the destination country. The prices are shown without taxes. 
These costs and the related formalities are the responsibility of the client / recipient. They are to be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery. The customer is also responsible for verifying the possibilities of importing ordered items with respect to the governing laws of the destination country. We recommend the customer contact their local customs authorities for further information.


What is the return procedure ?

PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON THE SITE MAY NOT BE RETURNED IN STORES. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt. You have to go in the Order section of your customer account and select the product(s) you want to send back, specifying if you want an online store credit or a refund to your original method of payment.

Items must be returned in their original condition : unworn, unwashed, unaltered with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels. The return number must be in the box. We will notify you by email once your return is processed.
