If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days on date of receipt of the order.
The products purchased on the site cannot be returned to stores.
The items must be returned to their original state: not worn, not washed, with the original shoe box, free from damage and postal labels. Orders can be returned using the carrier of your choice, at your expense.
Deliveries from countries outside the European Union are subject to any taxes and customs fees of the country of destination. These costs and the formalities relating to it are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges are not available. A refund will be automatically made upon receipt of the product (s). Note that the shipping costs linked to your order are not reimbursed.
