The items must be returned to their original state: not worn, not washed, with the shoe box, free from damage and postal labels. Orders can be returned using the carrier of your choice, at your expense.

If you use the shoe box as a card, the return will be automatically refused and no refund will be issued.

Deliveries from countries outside the European Union are subject to any taxes and customs fees of the destination country. These costs and the formalities relating to it are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges are not available. A refund will be automatically made upon receipt of the product (s). Note that the shipping costs linked to your order are not reimbursed.
