The YAKA model was designed to naturally support your child’s first steps. Created with a “barefoot-friendly” approach, it respects the foot’s natural physiology while offering comfort suited for everyday life. A minimal 1 mm heel-to-toe drop for a nearly flat foot, a thin sole (3.2 mm base, 6 mm with reinforcements) sturdy enough for everyday protection, multidirectional flexibility, no rigid heel counter for natural heel support, and a wide, anatomically shaped toe box that allows the toes to spread. The memory-foam insole adds a touch of comfort without ever compromising flexibility. The result: a lightweight, flexible shoe that supports the foot’s natural development, ideal for combining barefoot freedom with everyday comfort.
