If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within a period of 14 days on date of receipt of the order.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON THE SITE CAN NOT BE RETURNED TO STORES.

The items must be returned to their original state: unworn, unwashed, with the shoe box, free from postal damage and tags. Orders can be returned using the carrier of your choice, at your expense.

Deliveries from countries outside the European Union are subject to possible taxes and customs costs of the country of destination. These costs and related formalities are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges are not available. A refund will be automatically performed upon receipt of the product (s). Note that shipping costs related to your order are not refunded.

Despite the greatest care we bring to the orders of our customers and despite the quality control that we perform before each shipment, it may be exceptional an article presents a quality defect. You must go to the "Contact us" space to fill the contact form and explain to us the problem encountered. Feel free to add pictures of the defect in your shipment. A prepaid return good will be provided by email after finding the defect.


>>> HOW TO PROCEED

- To make your request back, go to your customer area.
- Choose the relevant command and click "I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT".

- Fill in the form by entering your order number, as well as the corresponding mail address, and click on "Create Request".

- You must check the article(s) that you want to return (the check box does not appear if you are out of time for the return. In this case, please contact our customer service).

- Then click on "Generate Return" so that the registration of your request is made.

- Once your return request accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and the status of your return goes into "waiting for the package".

- We normally process returns within 2 to 3 working days from their reception in our warehouse. In periods of great activity, this may require up to 7 working days.

- When your return will be treated by our services, you will be notified by email. Refunds are effective within 6 to 8 days.
