If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the order.


Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with the shoe box, free of damage and postage labels. Orders can be returned using the carrier of your choice, at your expense.

Deliveries from countries outside the European Union are subject to possible taxes and customs duties in the country of destination. These costs and related formalities are at the customer's expense.

We recommend that you use a traceable and insured service. Be sure to fill out the return form before sending your package to the address below:

Exchanges are not available. A refund will automatically be made upon receipt of the product(s). Please note that shipping costs related to your order are not refunded.

Proceed to the return:

- Go to your customer area and choose the order concerned and click on "RETURN" on your right.
- You must check the item(s) you wish to return (The checkbox does not appear if you are out of time for the return. In this case, please contact our customer service).
- Then click on "Proceed to return" to register your request.
- Once your return request has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and the status of your return will change to "Accepted". 

Follow your return:

- Fill in the form by entering your order number and the corresponding email address.

- Returns are processed within 24 to 48 hours (business days) from receipt in our warehouse. In busy periods, it can take up to 8 working days.

- An email will be automatically sent to you after your return has been processed, along with the refund.

My item has a quality flaw: 

In spite of the great care we take with our customers' orders and the quality control we carry out before each shipment, it may exceptionally happen that an item has a quality defect. You must go to the "Contact Us" area to fill out the contact form and explain the problem encountered. Do not hesitate to add pictures of the defect in your shipment. A prepaid return form will be provided to you by email after the defect is noticed.
