RETURN PORTAL

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON THE SITE CANNOT BE RETURNED IN STORES.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels. Orders can be returned using the carrier of your choice, at your expense.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the conditions are not respected, in particular in the case of damaged shoes, preventing their resale or presenting damage, as well as for reasons of hygiene. In such cases, the products will be returned to you.    

Exchanges are not available.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product(s) at our premises, to the same method of payment used for the order. Please note that initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

Deliveries from countries outside the European Union may be subject to taxes and customs duties in the country of destination. These costs and related formalities are the responsibility of the customer.
