Description
The YAKA model was designed to naturally support your child’s first steps. Created with a barefoot philosophy in mind, it respects the foot’s natural physiology while offering comfort suited to everyday life.
- Wide fit / anatomical toe box: The front of the shoe is designed to allow the toes to spread naturally.
- Minimal drop of 1 mm: the foot remains almost completely flat, promoting natural balance.
- Thin sole (3.2 mm at the base, 6 mm with reinforcements): thin enough to feel the ground, yet sturdy enough to provide protection for everyday use.
- Multidirectional flexibility: The shoe bends and twists easily, following every movement of the foot.
- No rigid heel counter: the heel is free, providing natural, unrestricted support.
- A premium, shape-retaining insole: a lightweight cushion for added comfort, without compromising flexibility.
The result: a lightweight, flexible shoe that supports healthy foot development, ideal for parents looking for a balance between barefoot freedom and everyday comfort.
Delivery
- Shipped the next business day after you place your order (orders placed Friday through Sunday are shipped on Monday).
- Tracked package: Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the package is shipped.
- France: Colissimo home delivery for €5.50 or pickup at a drop-off location for €5.00; free shipping on orders of €120 or more. Chronopost Next-Day Express starting at €9.
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item that does not suit you.
- Simple online process: From your customer account, select the order and then “Return,” or use our return form.
- Refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
- Is the item defective? Contact us with a photo: we'll send you a prepaid return label once we've verified the defect.
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original box (please do not use the box as shipping packaging). You are responsible for return shipping costs; you may use the carrier of your choice (trackable shipping is recommended). No exchanges or in-store returns for online purchases; the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
