The YAKA model was designed to naturally support your child’s first steps. Created with a barefoot philosophy in mind, it respects the foot’s natural physiology while offering comfort suited to everyday life.
- Wide fit / anatomical toe box: The front of the shoe is designed to allow the toes to spread naturally.
- Minimal drop of 1 mm: the foot remains almost completely flat, promoting natural balance.
- Thin sole (3.2 mm at the base, 6 mm with reinforcements): thin enough to feel the ground, yet sturdy enough to provide protection for everyday use.
- Multidirectional flexibility: The shoe bends and twists easily, following every movement of the foot.
- No rigid heel counter: the heel is free, providing natural, unrestricted support.
- A premium, shape-retaining insole: a lightweight cushion for added comfort, without compromising flexibility.
